John has worked for many years as a production manager; first in the rough and tough lumber industry in the Pacific Northwest, and then with two different manufacturing companies located in Minneapolis and Saint Paul Minnesota.

John committed himself to career development when he lost his job after twenty years. The division with which he had worked was sold to its biggest competitor. He was asked to work with the outplacement organization that had been selected to help the employees with their transition to new employment. He hasn't looked back since!

During his years in management, John recognized that what he enjoyed the most throughout his career were the unlimited opportunities he had to coach and mentor his employees to achieve success!

John engrossed himself in every aspect of career development. Working and studying every waking hour to hone his skills, he has earned his "Job and Career Transition Coach Certification," and his "Global Career Development Facilitator Certification."

He has attained the skills and experience necessary to help you achieve your career goals. He eliminates the corporate and academic gibberish that often times confuses and overwhelms job seekers!

John is also a very skilled public speaker, presenter, and facilitator. He is energized by giving presentations, facilitating workshops, and speaking to small groups, companies and corporations about a variety of career and motivational topics. He continues to be a life long learner and has an exceptional passion for career development!

Faye had been a loyal employee of her company for twenty seven years, working her way up to a management position. After losing her job because of corporate downsizing she made the decision to start her own company.
